We ordered this to match an identical basin tap from another supplier for a renovation project. We're very pleased with the overall look - it is exactly what we wanted. However, the casting isn't first quality - there is a flaw on the tap section. This may account for why it was half the price of the in-store retail version. We won't know how it works until it is installed in a few month's time. Also, contrary to LITB commitments, there was no installation guide included in the packaging.
