      Boots look amazing, quality of product is better then I was expecting. Size fits perfectly and boots are very comfortable to wear. Heel is very steady, overall tailoring of boots is good.
      Color is exactly as on the picture (mine are gray). In person boots look way more expensive then they actually cost.
      They came packaged in small box, and I was quite surprised how they did fit there.
      As someone mentioned shoes are not warm, but they will suit for autumn/spring. You can wear them in 2 ways, as shown on the pictures, folded or not.
      I got lots compliments on these boots, from my dear husband and friends as well as from total strangers in my university.
      So, I recommend this item.

      Again, cant compliment enough on custom service of light in the box, since there were huge problems with delivery I was offered refund from an item and 50% refunds of custom charges.

      I absolutely love the boots. The red are a beautiful cherry red colour and the heel height is just right. When I got them out of the box I thought they would be too small but they are a perfect fit and very comfortable. For me the 37 is a true to UK four and a half, slim(ish) width fitting.

      For those who have asked about the warmth of the boots, I should say that they are fashion boots and although warm enough I wouldn't wear them in snow, ice or heavy rain.

      For UK customers the total tax payable upon delivery was £11.43 (Jan 2013). Quite a high additonal cost but as the boots are so reasonably priced, the total is still far from exorbitant.

      I can highly recommend these boots.

      Although the boots were not as described and were too small, I would like to add here that customer service is superb, I have been offered a full refund and even the duties and custom charges were refunded. I would definitely shop here again, hope I choose better quality item next time. Thanks very much for excellent service. :)
