Ordered per custom measurements June 5, 2013 and received June 19, 2013. You cannot beat that for custom-made! Other than the fact the dress fits snugly when sitting down, the dress is perfect. Beautifully made and in perfect shape, just a couple of wrinkles from being packed. I would have given a 5 star rating except for the snug fit. When ordering I would recommend adding a bit more ease and comfort space for the waist and hip area for when you are sitting- maybe an extra two inches. This dress is very fitted. The model shown is a lot smaller than the dress size she is wearing, so keep that in mind when you order. I ordered a matching chiffon jacket style wrap and scarf style wrap in the same colour, the day afterwards. They should arrive tomorrow. Other than the fact you are really limited as to what you may discuss or query the company about after you place your order - I found this to be a pleasant experience and would order from this company again. However be prepared for a large customs/duty/brokerage fee which amounts to almost 50% of the value of your purchase if you are ordering from Canada.

I was not happy with this dress....it was boxy and heavy and the color was mousy...I tried to return it because I was not satisfied...had to ask permission through e-mail....no one to talk to, no phone numbers...heard back from this company with a declined permission to return. I purposely did not order per my measurements and ordered their sz outright for this very reason. This dress was for my Son's wedding and it is awful. I will never buy anything through this company again. I am very dissapointed and might I add that I received this dress squashed into a box the size of a shoe box.....Buyer Beware!

Continueing on with this nightmare.. The people of Light in the Box finally agreed to reimburse the full amount through a slow boat to China and that they would send me the forms needed, through email...I printed out this form "In Chinese" all about some lamp....rediculous! I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Atty. General's office...I've had enough of this place...constantly closing my acct and claiming they did not! I have printed every page. Do Not Shop here! Dresses are made in some factory in China and they look nothing like what the model is wearing....Please be warned! I will take my loss to court!

ENCHANTEE par cette robe ! Comme la plupart des personnes qui ont laissé un avis, j'appréhendais beaucoup cet achat en CHINE, sans essai préalable et sans garantie. Je suis ravie d'avoir osé : le modèle est ravissant, le tissu tombe bien, les finitions sont très satisfaisantes et la taille parfaite (14 pour un 42/44 français). J'ai choisi le bleu marine, j'ai commandé avec un boléro en organza du même ton. J'attends avec impatience l'occasion d'acheter une autre robe sur ce site. A noter, ma commande totale était de 242 euros et j'ai
payé 82 euros de taxes sous forme de contre remboursement. Le prix reste raisonnable pour une robe de "gala", un boléro, une paire d'escarpin (qualité moyenne), une pochette satinée (qualité moindre), une décoration pour cheveux (très jolie), une barrette pour queue de cheval (très jolie et qualitative). Commande passée le 23/04/2013 et reçue le 10/05/2013 un jour avant la date annoncée. Le colis était tout petit, j'ai même cru bon de mettre une réserve sur le B.L. mais une fois ouvert tout était là (la robe sous pastique a vite retrouvée son gonflant). Service satisfaisant, ceci dit je n'ai rien eu à échanger ! Bon rapport qualité prix, surtout en confection ! MERCI.

I absolutely love this dress. I ordered it in ink blue for my daughter's wedding in August along with a wrap in the same colour and they complement each other very well. The colour is what I expected and I was able to track the whereabouts of my purchase. I was very apprehensive buying online and not being able to try the dress on. I just need to match it with a hat and shoes.

I love this dress. I bought it for my son's wedding. I custom ordered because I am petite and always need to have dresses altered. The length is fantastic. However I should have measured the bust a bit smaller because it needs to be taken in about an 1 inch. The color is fantastic and the quality is similar to a wedding dress.

I am very happy with my purchase. The dress fit perfectly and it was all that I imagined it would be. The fabric & color are amazing. The ordering was easy, sizing instructions very well explained, & the delivery was right on track with what I was promised. I would highly recommend your company & I already have!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the dress. Very well made. You can expect the same quality as any of the expensive wedding boutiques.

I couldn't be more pleased with my new dress. Because I think I'm a difficult fit, I paid the extra and sent in my measurements for a custom size. It came to me, packaged very nicely, very few wrinkles ~ 10 minutes in my steamy bathroom and you would of thought I had just picked it up from my personal taylor. It fit perfectlly, as if I had several fittings. The craftsmanship is outstanding. It's fully lined and finished beautifully. I ordered the jacket at the same time I ordered my dress. I was worried if they would match, but when they got here, I was very pleased! They match perfectly and the jacket really helps to finish the dress off! They are both exceptionally well made and fit perfectly! Beautiful quality and craftsmanship! I would highly recommend their custom sizing for anyone that fells like they are a "hard fit" because they fit so nicely.
