Well I have nothing but praise for LightInTheBox, the customer service team were great, when I submitted my complaint it didn't take long for them to reply to me, I asked for my full refund and for them to pay my import charges for this and also the post and packaging if I had to return the wig.
They explained that they don't normally give back import charges, but as it was my first time buying like this, that they would compromise and give me back half of the import charges a FULL refund and for my convenience I wouldn't have to send the wig back, on the condition I updated this review.
I agreed and said I would await the funds to be in my account before doing so, (not expecting them to do it and I would have a load of hassle) well LightInTheBox have surprised me I have been fully refunded with the agreed sum as they stated!!
For that I'm giving them 5 stars. Simple and No hassle, Well done LightInTheBox, and
Unfortunately this wig had a defect so I can't really review it fairly, I will say however that the wig itself seemed fine apart from the cap having some extra things at the back, so it made it look super lumpy and strange, maybe it was made for people with hair? I don't know it doesn't say that though, so I'm not going to review this one right now, properly as I don't believe it's fair, I'm putting this here just in case anyone else has had the same problem.
Unfortunately this wig would probably of been the best "everyday" wig out of the three I chose but you can't win them all :)
