Can I use this in the car?

I need a wireless camera that I can put in my car when I have it parked as my car is being targeted. I need it to not be plugged in in any way but still be able to recored. Will this work? Im new to all this and not good with gadgets!!

Connectability

We live in our RV in a campground and use the campgrounds WIFI to access the internet. First, since this WIFI is used by others, can the camera be protected from others accessing it. Second, our normal WIFI signal with the wireless built into our laptop is from very weak to nill. I bought a booster that plugs into our laptop and that is the only way we get a good signal. Does the camera have to go thru the campgrounds wireless or does the wireless connect straight to our computer.

Yes, you can use the wifi for this camera even others also use it. The record will not be read by others. The camera is connected to wifi via the router, not your computer, so the signal is very important. Thank you for shopping with us:)
