It's been a few months already and I'm still waiting for the refund you promised. You asked, basically begged me to erase the negative review on Facebook. But wisely I waited for you to keep your promise which obviously you didn't. Customer service is a little more than making false promises and brush off your clients. The solution to my problem is still in the air and I'm beginning to believe that you're in the business of ripping off people. I'm still owed $28.69 since July and I've been extremely patient with your company but to say I'm disappointed is a huge understatement. I hope you lose a few sales of people who read my reviews and realize the danger of buying from an embezzlement specialist like Light in the Box.
