Stunning looking lights! Shame about the delivery coming in to packages meaning two parcel force handling charges of £13.50!
Happy with the product. Great delivery in short time. Awesome packaging to protect from possible damage.
50 euro shipping costs and then extra 45 euro taxes its really a lot of money .
You should better inform the clients that there is taxes and they are not 5euro.
For a Lamp that costs 100euro , 95euro shipping costs are a lot of money.
Please do something about it . The product is otherwise really good.

I have to commend the customer service team, I had a query around shipping and processing times for my order which they have now updated me on. My expectations are now met, I would however suggest that the website state alongside shipping times the expected range that processing may take. For my light this was between 3 and 15 days, shipping then another 68 days. I had a friend purchase a light and she received hers within a week so my expectations were set by her experience, my light is likely to be 18 days from order date, just something to be aware of if you require your light by a set date or have an electrician booked to install. I look forward to receiving my product and once again thank the customer service team for updating me and answering my questions.
The customer service is actually quite good. Although they reply with quite standard reply but if you ask questions specifically, they will reply you in a good way.
