The product is very valid, the wiring provided allows the two devices to be connected in order to display the same content. Arm yourself with patience for the passage of cables, I installed them on a Chrysler Voyager and it was not a walk, but this is a starting point. Ideal for entertaining children on long journeys, also the aesthetics of the headrests and It is very pleasant and also allows tilting back and forth. Better so because the device itself does not work if open even if it is not playing DVD or CD, so you can adjust the inclination of the screen by tilting the headrest. Too bad for the damned customs clearance and additional costs, which alone account for a good 50% of the net sale price. If then, as has happened to me, they apply the duty in euro starting from the dollar value indicated, as if they were already euro ... However excellent product at a decidedly affordable final price. Il prodotto e molto valido, i cablaggi forniti permettono di collegare i due dispositivi in modo da visualizzare il medesimo contenuto. Armatevi di pazienza per il passaggio dei cavi, io li ho installati su un Chrysler Voyager e non è stata un passeggiata, ma questo e un dato di partenza..

Great Price Performance so far. (Edited again to SD card findings and MP4 encodings)
1. LightintheBox shipping was fast. Im in Silicon Valley, California, USA, and the shipment was from San Leandro, an hour away. This package showed up in 2 days! Fast! No additional duty or import fees. Foreign buyers check your countries first. Yes, its a pain, but not lightintheboxs fault. Fault your govt.
2. Does not include 14mm poles required on most modern Toyotas. Ordered some online from another vendor, machined slots which work with existing seats and allow raising up/down. Will work with my seats that have active headrests. There is a small ridge inside seat back mount holes. Wiggle wiring harness to thread it through.
3. Wiring harnesses good design here. The main connectors use a slim sleeve coupling that separates to fit through the inner diameter of the poles. Installation is normal for headrest monitors. Route it down the seat back, under the seat mounts and carpet to the rear power source (12VDC) in my Toyota Prius. Hid all the wiring under side panels and carpet.
4. (Updated) SD slots says SD/MMC. But its actually SDHC compatible. Ad here says upto 16GB SD. I used included USB adapter dongle and have a 32GB stick filled with 31.5GB videos. Works. Also tried a 32GB microSDHC in an SD adapter. Reads that too.
5. IR support works great with my old standard IR headphones from the old minivan. The FM transmitter is okay, but doesnt work well in urban areas with lots of FM interference.
6. (New) DVD plays fine. VCD plays fine. But MP4s are very specific. No H.264 support. No plainvanilla MP4 support. The codec this seems to support is specifically the Xvid/FFMpeg encoded and AVI encapsulation with mpeg1layer3 audio (i.e. mp3) audio. I tried a bunch of converters, and it was no good. The default settings for stock MP4 encoding, were no good. I especially had to encode using Xvid/FFmpeg or Xvid/mencoder (which implements a similar opensrc ffmpeg). I didnt try DivX (proprietary) and will stick with opensrc and openstandards. Player does a pretty good job finding best default zoom to view on the 16:9 screen. It supports varied framerate and NTSC and PAL interleaving styles, and it handles a variety of lower bit rate audio (64kbps) to higher (192kbps). I stuck with 128kbps for most rips. Wide 2.35:1 aspect format videos play in a skinny letter box, but player can zoom in, which looks nicer (except for the zoom2 that lingers on the screen). I would recommend reripping at a 16:9 aspect to fill the screen. I rip using 480 pixels wide and 15 fps and looks great and small videos about 3.5hrs/GB. Thats almost 100hrs of video on a 32GB card.

Good, I ordered the headrest dvd and they have taken me 8 days to arrive, at Christmas, I think it is record time because although they say 5 days had 15 days for these dates. You pay 50 euros which I already expected . Then the devices are cool and the headrests look good. The installation is not very easy, I am very handy and it took me 4 hours to put them on a 407 peugeot, you can not see a cable and you are left with vice, it looks great and the sound Well, the games are somewhat fuleros. You can watch 2 movies separately or the same movie on both monitors. INSTRUCTIONS FOR HANDLING ONLY IN ENGLISH !!!!!!!! MY SCORE IN GENERAL SERIOUS: 8
Buenas, he pedido los dvd reposacabezas y me han tardado en llegar 8 dias, en navidad, creo que es tiempo record pues a pesar de que dicen 5 dias contaba con 15 dias por ser estas fechas.Aduanas 50 euros lo cual ya me lo esperaba. Luego los aparatos estan chulos y los reposacabezas buen aspecto.La instalacion no es muy facil, yo soy muy manitas y me costo 4 horas ponerlos a un peugeot 407, no se ve ni un cable y quedan de vicio, se ve genial y el sonido bien, los juegos algo fuleros. se puede ver 2 pelis por separado o la misma peli en los dos monitores.

I was very upset to discover that I had to pay an extra £40.00 in taxes before UPS would deliver my item. This should be made clearer on Lightintheboxs website.
The product itself was relatively easy to install my Grand Voyager. Not "plug and play", but they will run off a cigarette lighter socket, so I bought a multiplug and adapter which were available from Halfords and wired it all that. It took about 4 hours in total and once in, the picture quality was very good. I can see problems if youve got two people watching different movies in that the remotes will operate either screen, though.
