Dear GUILLOUX R,
No, please understand that the shoes are carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, heel height or material in any way. If you haven’t found exactly what you’re looking for yet, the “Narrow by” search function on the left-hand side of the shoes category’s main page can help you find the perfect combination.
For example, here is the link for ankle boots whose heels are under 3 inch:

Hi, how high are the heels for these boots? Thanks.
size measurements
Different sizes have different opening and width. Our size standard is different from your normal size standard. So it's highly suggested that you do the measurement firstly according to our measuring guide and then choose the size according to our size chart.
Hope you enjoy shopping with us.

Please measure your feet length and width up first before choosing the size. Then refer to the size chart in "product details" to determine which size you need to order. Different designs may have different size charts. Hope you enjoy shopping here with us:

My foot measures 9.65" length and 3.5" width. What size would I wear?
My foot measures 9.65" length and 3.5" width. What size would I wear? Or will these just be too narrow for my foot?
