"Light in the box" personnel were good to acknowledge a coupon on my second order and refund my $ from my 1st order quickly through paypal so I could re-order using the coupon - Thank you as every little bit of savings helps!!
The dress is beautiful and appears well made - my daughter loves it and the price was very acceptable considering all of the sequin and the workmanship! She looks absolutely gorgeous in this dress - very elegant!!
We ordered by size and not by special order and we only made simple alterations that didn't take long to make it more figure friendly for my daughter specifically!
The dress was scheduled to arrive about 3 weeks to 1 month after ordering and even after my re-order, the dress easily came about 1 and 1/2 week earlier than expected!! Nice!!
We have ordered from Light in the box before and were really happy with that dress and order as well. I have 4 daughters and wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again. They were very good to update me with emails about our orders/shipping and follow-up! It is scarey to order on line and especially from another country - hoping that the fit is good/the item is well made and that no returns have to be made, especially when there is a time element involved, i.e. wedding and prom!!
