Well my wife and I just purchased two of these taps and our son loves the color changing LED's to show if it is hot or cold although it is tough washing your hands in the dark. I could have used a more detailed instruction but all is well that ends well. You do have to be careful on how much water pressure is going through the taps or the water shoots too far. I found just closing the valves solves that problem. I would definitely buy this product again. :)
I like to purchase items that are techie and items that most people don't have or care about. I am not your typical shopper. I like unique and this faucet is unique!
Beautiful to see in action, colors are phenomenal, and it makes washing my hands a joy every day that I use this faucet!
Quality and Tech... I am there!
I installed the product, IT DOES CHANGE COLOR, blue (cold), green (warm), red (hot), flashing red (extra hot). I figured this was true when I saw that there were three pictures with three colors and one product number. No batteries needed, it has a turbine (that makes a bit of a whirring, mechanical sound.
Nice quality, sexy product. Solid materials, beautiful. It does not use batteries and changes colors automatically (per pictures plus flashing red (not pink like the picture) for extra hot). But it does this with a turbine that makes a bit of a vacuum cleaner like sound (not so loud ofcourse but like someone is vacuuming in another room ). I don't mind it as it makes it seem machine like.
The flat surface of the base of the handles pools water on its surface after you go to shut it off.
Relatively high so a little bit of splashing as it does not have an aerator but cascades down.
If you are installing it yourself, start the project with enough time to go to the hardware store. The hoses that came with it (excellent quality, braided steel) were too long to connect (the tap with the two handles, under the sink) directly and not long enough to properly loop around in order to connect. I ended up forcing and kinking it and it worked, but would have much rather bought another set of hoses if the stores were open.
If DIY, install and tighten the central piece first, then the handles, then the hoses, then the water supply. I only needed teflon tape as an extra. Don't lose any little parts that come with it.
If the light stops working, can I replace the lighting device inside the faucet?

Will the LED color ever fades or just stop working?

According to your FAQs guide the product description is suppose to include the required measurements of the three hole sink basin spread. It does not. Which spread does this particular model require?

is this 3 separate faucet with a colour choice or one that changes colour?
