this is a fantastic purchase, we love our system. Would have been nice to know that hard drive was not included so we could have done that at the same time. We are having difficulty hooking it to our laptop but if it is just plugged in to the tv or a monitor it is fantastic...We are not really into electronics as much as we should and the instructions on the cd are a bit confusing, but overall we are pleased and will continue to shop here... Thank you

this camera system is very high standard. but i dint know the hard disc is not there. for the moment i cant use the system because of the hard disc, i advise to include hard disk

Sorry for the problem made to you. In your case, you need to contact our Customer Service who is in charge of your order processing and shipment. You can follow the steps to contact the customer service for your problem:
1.Please move your mouse to "My Account" and click "My Order" after you log in your account with us. And click the order number or view details you need to help with
2. Then at the order details page, you will find a link in red, saying "ask about customs duties" with a yellow "?" mark just above the green bar.
3. Please click on the link and fill in the message box with your concerns in detail about your order there.
4. After you finish writing, please click the Next button below and then confirm and submit your ticket.
You will get a ticket ID later for you to track in My Tickets in your account. Our customer service will and must look into your case and reply you within 1 working day.
