The product arrived 5 days after I ordered it. It was well packed and as described.
It was easy to install and works perfectly. I've bought separately a SATA disk and installed it in the DVR. It was simple and works perfectly. The Manuel is useful, but could have been a bit more detailed when it comes to the network interface, especially when it come to viewing the CCTV image on iPhone or other mobile devices. I've also contacted customer service with a very specific technical question and received an immediate, kind, and helpful answer.

Q: Missing software in shipment Hello I have installed the hardware in this solution and the network is configured. How ever I am not able to find any software that makes it possible to monitor the solution via a iPhone/iPad or Windows Phone. Also using other browsers than a IE is not possible. And since the ActiveX application i unsigned there are some great problems installing the ActiveX component on a computer with medium security. Hope to hear from you regard software solution for monitoring the DVR on iPhone/Windows Mobile as promised in the description of the product. Kind regards S BySoeren Sep 22, 2012
