We are yet to install this faucet. The finish is beautiful as is the faucet but we were disappointed it did not come with more parts. Our plumber (you will need one) will need to improvise to make this work. It did not have the extra fittings for behind the wall installation. If there was a picture of the parts included with your faucets, consumers can make a better and more informed choice when choosing a faucet. What you see is what you get.

I purchased 4 Waterfall widespread Faucets, after talking to Light in the boxes customer service several times. They reported the finish is just as you seen it in the picture; which as you see is a dull finish. We we're looking for the satin finish.
They are absolutely a mirror polish chrome finish & they have a no return policy. Thats why I hesitate to buy things from the Web.
We have not installed them yet, as we are still demolishing the bathrooms.
But they look like good quality. We love the design. Just hope it blends with our nickel satin finish accessaries.

Produto lindo, com bom acabamento. O misturador é semelhante a de um chuveiro e tem que ser embutido na parede ( bom pra obras ainda sem o acabamento da parede). O acabamento é cromado brilhante e não polido, como pode parecer na foto). Recomendo!

Ate agora nao me deram retorno! A Assistencia é muito demorada! Estou com minha obra parada por causa desse defeito, mando inumeras mensagens e nao recebebo retorno nenhum! Se soubesse que seria assim nao teria comprado nada!

As torneiras sao lindas. Atrasou muito a entrega e hoje, ao tentar instalar,o tecnico constatou defeito no monocomando - no reparo. Preciso urgente de uma posiçao, como acionar a garantia no Brail, como ter urgente uma nova peça, pois vai atrasar minha obra! Nao posso esperar mais. 35 dias pra instalar este produto ate chegar outra peça... Oq eu faço! Me ajudem por favor!!! Por ento nem posso classificar estes produtos lindos mas que nao tera serventia sem esta peça!

rubinetto dal design spettacolare... davvero bello e di eccellente qualità... tempi di spedizione fenomenali... arrivato in soli tre giorni.. peccato per i costi doganali... considerare il 25% in più circa per il costo finale...

  • Que longitud hay de la pared al final del caño del grifo?.

    Buenos días, como máximo puedo poner un grifo con un caño de 15cm, veo que este grifo tiene caída y necesitaba saber exactamente la medida desde la pared al final del caño.
