This waterfall faucet is very nice. because it come out from the wall therefore we can keep the counter clean, mole free which usualy have surround the faucet come on from the counter. And the water come so nice. It is easy to install too.

We are still renovating so we haven't yet installed this faucet, but it arrived very quickly in secure packaging at our door in Canada only a couple days after I placed the order. The delivery actually outpaced the several status email notices we received from Lightinthebox!
The faucet itself is beautiful, of a high polished chrome finish, heavy and very nice quality. The spout is wider than anticipated but as per the specs so it is best suited to a modern sink with clean lines. Can't wait to install it in its new home!
The only thing that would have improved the experience would have been a notification when we placed the order that customs and duty fees were extra, and the approximate amount specified to avoid any surprises. Those fees came to an additional $35 for us.
Otherwise - great, prompt service and great product!
Would definitely purchase again!

We purchased one of these for our spa.............and it is great. So much of a saving buying this way than at our bathroom shops. Its quality is great, if not better that I've seen around anyway. Beautiful chrome finish sets it off. Thankyou

Nice style, good quality, and modern

The faucet is beautiful and appears well built. I can't wait to have it installed.

I purchased 4 Waterfall widespread Faucets, after talking to Light in the boxes customer service several times. They reported the finish is just as you seen it in the picture; which as you see is a dull finish. We we're looking for the satin finish.
They are absolutely a mirror polish chrome finish & they have a no return policy. Thats why I hesitate to buy things from the Web.
We have not installed them yet, as we are still demolishing the bathrooms.
But they look like good quality. We love the design. Just hope it blends with our nickel satin finish accessaries.

Sono molto soddisfatta del prodotto scelto, bello e molto ben rifinito. Non capivo come si dovesse fissare al muro, dalle foto non si vede, per cui allego mia foto! Inoltre nella foto del sito il rubinetto sembrerebbe satinato, in realtà è lucidissimo!! Altra cosa che non avevo capito era che alla consegna avrei dovuto pagare le spese doganali (nel mio caso 25,00 euro su 98,00 di prodotto). Spedizione davvero veloce, 4 giorni Hong Kong - Sassari! Ottimo servizio
