Q: Outdoor/indoor problems Sometimes I have no doorbell sound and also no two way intercom. Can you tell me when someone comes to my door and presses bell do they have to keep finger on to hear me or not? Also, do lights around camera light up at night? Bysamantha May 18, 2013

Q: Enquiry 1) Can the indoor unit monitor be switched on to monitor outside at any time without being plugged in to a power source? 2) Does it record video or take a photo when the doorbell is pressed? 3) Can we monitor the outside and mute the microphone so people on the outside cannot hear us? Q: Does this product hook into the doorbell for power, or do you have to run a power wire into the hous I am a sales manager for a security company in little rock arkansas usa.
