THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE DETACHABLE ANTENNA AND DOES NOT HAVE ALARM IO's AS PICTURED!!! Bought this cam and took 18 days to arrive in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Played with it for a full day, and am extreamly pleased with it. Wish it had a 'wide angle lens, and A zoom....Then it would be perfect... Any suggestions???? I will be ordering 2 or 4 more units.

I have installed the IP Camera and I am very satisfied with its functinality. Though, the customs demanded 20 Pound extra for the duty, I am still happy for the device. It will be appreciated if I can get IPad 2 from you to access the live video home while I am away from. I have tried to access it remotely from the corporate network, but crashed my laptop. If you can consider me a free IPad, I will be happy.

I recomand this product. it work very well. it resond very fineat the comands from PC. instalation was very, very easy (I`m a novice in computers). it didn`t have very high clarity, but it`s enouch to watch a big room, eith a lot of details. and the night vision is perfect!!!.

the saler is a very serios one. I had a little problem and they answered and solved it in a few hours.

Bought 5 units of this and it worked very much as expected.
Shipment was very quick, just a matter of a few days.
Video and sound is pretty clear. My only 'complaint' is that the control has more features on IE browsers vs other browsers, fortunately I have a VM in my MAC that is running windows. Other than that, for this price it's a great deal.
The customer support is great in rendering help as my machine was unable to read the mini-CD and was given a URL to download the files.

I received this very quickly. I had to use customer service as the CD did not work, they very quickly gave me a link to download the software and I installed, it was set up very quickly and worked immediately. Works as required and as stated. Excellent IP cam. I highly recommend.

Although I don't get the item yet , it took to come to Greece 6 days.
Also the cooperation with the EMS site is good , but i don't know if this happens to others
the EMS's site sometimes crushed down.
Also the lightinthebox team answer all the question i had in a very logical timing.
I think the description of the products sometimes doesn't include all the product's features.

Q: Dear Sirs. My question is perhaps a little complex and I describe it in the additional details box. I need a system that makes a telephone call to a certain telephone numbers whenever a wireless ip camera starts sending images. This ip camera should start taking images either because its built in motion sensor has detected something and activates it, or else because the gsm alarm system makes it start whenever a motion sensor or door sensor is activated. The images of the camera must be seen and pan-tilt should be controlled via a mobile telephone with internet capabilities. Another possibility is that the camera is working always, and the telephone call is placed whenever a motion sensor or a door sensor activates the alarm. The camera should compress images into the h264 format to reduce as much as possible the data travelling in the internet. Should I use any of your gsm alarms along with an X-price camera or similar? Q: Buenos días. Me llego el artículo que pedí. Pero no funciona correctamente No funcionan correctamente 2 leds infrarrojos. Al transmitir el sonido se oyen muchas interferencias.
