If you want to return the product, please click the "Order Confirmation" here then submit a "Return or Exchange" Ticket. Customer Service will approve your return request according to our policy, warranty, product status and the proof you provided.
Can I refuse to receive the package if I don't want it?
Cross-Border Shipping involves complicated procedures, domestic and international custom clearance, and local and international shipping carriers and agencies. The costs are incurred once the package ships out.
So please understand that we cannot accept the return during the shipping process, and no refund will be issued if you reject the package. You must accept the package first and contact us for a return.
If the package is returned to our warehouse because of customer's personal reason (such as wrong address/no consignee, customer refuses to accept package/pay tax fee), we'll contact you about re-paying the reshipment postage (by PayPal) and arrange the reshipment. However, please understand that no refund will be issued in this situation.
Do I need to send products all the way to China?
European customers can return their products to our European warehouse. Customers from other countries will need to send their products to our warehouse in China.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept returned item that's worn, damaged, washed, without tags or altered in any way. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees (including the return postage to China).
The following items can not be returned or exchanged:
- Made-to-order items, Made-to-measure items, Customized items. Check Specific Return Policy here
- Cell Phones, Tablets, Laptops, 3D Printers, Smart Robots
- Bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets)
- Clearance items, Disposable items
Other products with no quality-related issues can be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order
Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 30 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
The refund will be issued to your Lightinthebox Credit Account.You can either use Credits to pay for new order or Withdraw it to the original account/card you paid later.
Note：The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
