Klobouk byl zabalena do menší krabice než klobouk, takže dorazil s okrajem klobouku zakřivený nahoru. Naštěstí jsem byl schopen přeformovat klobouk, aniž bych ho poškodil.
Hat was packed a smaller box than the hat so arrived with edge of hat curved up. Luckily I was able to reshape the hat without damaging it.

upon receiving the mask we immediately saw that it was different than the one advertised. the chest cape was shorter and the cheek bones were not as shown and the spine was also not as shown. we know that items have a tendency of being made different but we just thought you should be aware of these discrepancies. we will keep the mask and order from you in the future. thank you !
