It is sold as a hair embellishment without any form of clasp but no worries; theres always a way! For a fun yet elegant casually messy updo, use bobby pins to secure..pins can be easily hidden but visible in photo to show use & gold colored pin to match..I went on to use this piece to enhance my leather briefcase by bending the ends over front pocket & securing it on the inside with tape..I then used safety pins to enhance a plain velvet clutch! WOW! Last but not least I created an outrageously fashionable collar enhancement on a plain dress! I think I got my moneys worth! :)
