Das Kleid war unglaublich, ich war sehr zufrieden damit. Ich kaufte es in Ruby mit Expedited Shipping, es wurde vor dem ursprünglichen Datum gemacht und kam rechtzeitig vor meiner Veranstaltung. Das einzige Problem, das ich hatte, war mit der Länge. Ich habe eine benutzerdefinierte Größe und sie haben nicht die zusätzlichen 2 Zoll hinzugefügt, die in der Beschreibung versprochen wurde. Das hat mich etwas enttäuscht, weil ich zu meinem Abschlussball Flats tragen musste. Ich konnte keine Heels finden, die kurz genug waren, um unter dem Saum versteckt zu sein. Ich hatte auch nicht genug Zeit, um ein anderes Kleid zu finden. Ich würde empfehlen, dass, wenn Sie es in einer benutzerdefinierten Passform gemacht bekommen, definitiv ein paar zusätzliche Zentimeter auf die 2 Zoll, die sie nur für den Fall sagen. Bestellen Sie es auch so, dass es mindestens einen Monat oder zwei im Voraus eintrifft. Wenn es also ein Problem gibt, können Sie es entweder lösen oder Sie haben Zeit, es zu ändern. Sie waren sehr bemüht, mein Problem zu lösen und der Kundenservice war großartig. Es gab ein paar Kommunikationsprobleme (sie verstanden mich manchmal nicht), aber das war kein Problem. Ich war sehr beeindruckt, wie sie damit umgingen. Es war auch nicht so ausgebrannt, wie es auf dem Bild aussah, aber es hatte noch Volumen und der Zug auf der Rückseite war ein Traum. Ich habe es einfach rausgeschmissen und für Fotos um mich herum verteilt und es sah genauso aus wie das Bild. Der Stoff war für den Preis eine tolle Qualität! Es kommt von innen nach außen und gefaltet in einer Zip-Lock-Tasche in einer Box, also nicht ausflippen wie ich dachte, dass es die falsche Farbe ist, das ist nur das Futter. Da es in einer Box ist, müssen Sie es für eine Weile hängen lassen und vielleicht Dampf, um die Falten zu entfernen. Alle Nähte waren jedoch noch intakt und genäht. Die Verpackung war auch sehr sicher. Ich kaufte Ruby und es war ein bisschen heller als es auf meinem Bildschirm erschien, aber das ist verständlich und es sah immer noch großartig aus. Der Anfall des Kleides war unglaublich. Es ist auch gepolstert und hat einen Knochen, so dass du keinen BH brauchst. Ich habe das nicht überprüft und ein zusätzliches Zoll-Zimmer für einen Pushup-BH hinzugefügt, sah immer noch toll aus. Insgesamt habe ich mein Kleid geliebt und ich liebe diese Website. Ich kaufe wieder 100% von ihnen.

I bought it in ruby with Expedited Shipping, it was made before the date originally told and arrived on time before my event.
The only problem I had was with the length. I got a custom size and they didnt add the extra 2 inches that was promised in the description. That left me a bit disappointed because I had to wear flats to my prom, I couldnt find heels short enough to be hidden under the hem. I also didnt have enough time to find another dress.
I would recommend that if you are getting it made in a custom fit, definitely add a few extra inches on top of the 2 inches they say just in case. Also order it so it can arrive at least a month or two in advance so if there is an issue they can either resolve it, or you have time to get it altered.
They were very eager to resolve my problem and the customer service was great. There was a few communication issues (they didnt understand me sometimes) but it was not an issue. I was very impressed with how they handled it.
It also wasnt as flared out as it looked in the picture but it still had volume to it and the train at the back was to die for. I just kicked it out and spread it around me for photos and it looked exactly like the picture.
The fabric was great quality for the price! It comes inside out and folded in a zip lock bag inside a box so dont freak out like I did thinking that its the wrong colour, thats just the lining. Since its in a box, you do need to let it hang for a while and maybe steam it to get the creases out. All the seams were still intact though and sewn to great quality. The packaging was also very secure.
I bought Ruby and it was a bit lighter in person than it appeared on my screen but thats understandable and it still looked great.
The fit of the dress was amazing. Its also padded and has boning so you dont need a bra at all. I didnt check that and added an extra inch room for a pushup bra, still looked great.
Overall I loved my dress and I love this website. Im 100% purchasing from them again.

Ich habe das Kleid absolut geliebt .. Die Maße waren genau das, was ich verlangte, es passte wie ein Handschuh ... Das Material war schwer und dick, aber auf eine gute Art und Weise.

Das Kleid ist spektakulär. Von großer Qualität. Viel besser leben als auf den Fotos. Als sie es fertig hatten, brauchte ich 5 Tage, um es zu erhalten, seit ich die Bestellung aufgegeben habe. Sehr glücklich in der Tat. Dunkelgrüne Farbe

Dieses Kleid war perfekt! Es erfüllte vollständig die Erwartungen meiner Tochter und ich für ihre Ballwahl. so dankbar, dass es pünktlich ankam und dass sie es mit einem leichten Dämpfen direkt aus der Verpackung tragen konnte. die Größe 2 passt genau zur Größe! Ich wollte es säumen, aber meine Tochter liebte den Fluss der übermäßigen Länge. Sie ist 53. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, dieses Kleid war absolut den Kauf wert, Zeit und Mühe wert. würde wieder in einer anderen Farbe für einen anderen Anlass kaufen.
This dress was perfect! It completely lived up to the expectations of my daughter and I for her prom choice. so grateful that it arrived on time and that she was able to wear it right out of the packaging with a light steaming. the Size 2 fits true to size! I wanted to hem it, but my daughter loved the flow of the excessive length. shes 53. long story short, this dress was absolutely worth the purchase, time and effort. would buy again in a different color for a different occasion.
