Warm and good price. The black panels on the arms and chest are not windproof but vented to prevent sweat wetting out the garment. It wont provide the same level of wind protection when descending on a bicycle as a brand name wind proof cycling jacket but for regular commuter cycling this is an affordable garment.

Excellent quality, I am very pleased with this garment. Very warm, will serve me well when the temps are low. I ordered a medium and the jacket is true to size.

The jacket is really nice but the zipper is on the girl side and not on the boy side so my husband wont wear it. Im wearing it instead. Also, it runs smaller than the size suggests by at least one whole size.
