In May of this year I purchased from your company a waterfall LED bathroom sink facet. Because of a rather lengthy delay in the completion of the bathroom I did not open the package until August. When the facet was installed a fault was encountered. The LED light stayed on when water was turned off. I contacted lightinthebox customer service office with my concern. I was informed that because the 7 day warranty period had elapsed there was no claim. I explained that I had only just removed the item from its package and discovered the fault. Much to their credit the service centre waved the 7 day period and started to assist me in solving the problem For the next 3 weeks I received nothing but excellent and helpful service from your company. Finally through excellent consultation and negotiation an acceptable outcome was achieved. Your company agreed to forward me voucher as part payment payment on a new facet, which I accepted. This now allows me to complete my new bathroom. In closing I would like to state that at no time could I fault the excellent service and help I received from your customer service office. At first i was afraid of ordering, i couldnt believe the prices, I took my chance and Im very happy with what i got. a very good product, the deliver time is aprox of 20 days, but is worth! im trying new products from here.

Fantastic piece of kit. it was well worth the money. No one in our town has one as its the talk of the town! Easy to install but only one little issue, sometimes the LED lights stay on because water stays between the glass. To get rid of the water, put your finger where the water comes out and the excess water will flo out and they will go off. Apart from that, it would be a 5*Paul form Hereford, United Kindom
