I bought 5 of these faucets for my new clinic because they actually cost less than utilitarian ones that I had seen at the time of purchase. My patients love the faucet, especially the young kids. Since I often have the room dimmed for my exams, the lighting has extra effect.
I noticed comments about the water staying in the fixture and solved the problem: turn the water off QUICKLY, rather than slowly, and the water never stays stuck in the faucet.
The faucet works smoothly and is definitely ADA compliant. Since I use paper towels to dry, I give a quick wipe every time I use the faucet (without touching the faucet with my clean hands, of course) and it stays beautiful and free of water spots. The flow is strong and far away from the faucet enough that your hands will not accidentally touch the sink or faucet when washing (a big issue I have with some other faucets). In fact, I had to turn down the water flow to the faucet to reduce splash and noise (can sound like Niagra falls if at full flow!). Now it is quiet and rinses very well.
The only negative, which I hope to resolve soon: 1 out of the 5 faucets leaked upon installation. With severe construction delays, I am only now able to contact customer service to address the issue. Jadore, les enfants et les petits-enfants ladorent et je ne crains jamais que leau soit trop chaude lorsquils lutilisent.
Love it, the kids and grandkids love it and I never worry that the water will be too hot when they use it.

Jai passé ma commande le 10 avril (11 articles au total de robinets et de douches) et les marchandises sont arrivées à ma porte en Nouvelle-Zélande avant le 28 avril. Ils étaient bien emballés et quand nous avons ouvert les boîtes, aucun article nétait cassé, endommagé ou marqué. Impressionné. Larticle semble incroyable et ne peut pas attendre pour linstaller. Nous sommes en train de construire une nouvelle maison, nous navons donc pas installé lobjet, donc nous ne pouvons pas le commenter, mais nous le mettrons à jour une fois installé et utilisé. Achèterait deux encore.
I placed my order on 10th April (11 items in total of taps and showers) and goods arrived to my door in New Zealand by 28th April. They were well packaged and when we opened the boxes not one item was broken, damaged or marked. Impressed. The item looks amazing and cannot wait to get it installed. We are in the process of building a new house so have not had the item installed so cannot comment but will once fitted and in use. Would buy from them again.

decorveta@mail.ru светлана получила посылочку очень довольна смеситель наживо еще красивее чем на картинке очень качественно сделан на нем стоит даже сеточка (фильтр0) ЧТО ОЧЕНЬ РАДУЕТ!и еще очень довольна работойвсе очень быстро только оплатила 4 дня собрали посылку за 7 дней она была у меня на Украине ! всем советую на все вопросы вам ответят очень быстро все раскажут и посоветуют!!!!!!!
