If you have a pending or draft order and want to change the payment method, follow these steps:
1. Sign into your account and click My Orders in the upper right corner.
2. Click Order Detail to view your order. You can select To Pay to choose a different payment method or Cancel Order to reorder with another payment method.
3. For further assistance, click Customer Service to submit a ticket.
