Q: How do I unsubscribe from LightInTheBox emails?
A: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or go to My Account > My Orders > Email Subscriptions to manage your preferences. Changes may take up to 48 hours to apply.

Method 1
Click the "unsubscribe link" at the bottom of the email you received, and then turn off both subscription buttons.
Method 2
Sign in to “My Account”, click “My Orders”—“Email Subscriptions”—“Set up My Subscription Email Preference”.
You can manage your email preferences on this page and choose to unsubscribe from both types of emails by selecting "Unsubscribe from all advertising mails" and clicking "Update".To unsubscribe from only one type of email, please uncheck the corresponding email type option and then click "Update".
