Could you tell me the length of the sleeve on this garment?

I am tall and have long arms. I notice there is no measurement for sleeve length on the custom fit. Can this be altered to accommodate?

Do you think if (once I bought it) I shortened dress to a tea length, it would still flow nicely?

I like this dress and would like to purchase it. I really want a dress that is tea length. Do you think that it would flow nicely if I had my tailor shorten it to tea length?
