Hélas ! mon beau collier est arrivé cassé en 2 morceaux et une perle décollée. Il me plait beaucoup et je suis déçue. Jaimerais en recevoir un autre en remplacement car jen ai besoin pour le 20 mai (mon anniversaire) Comment faire ? Je peux vous renvoyer le collier brisé mais comment et où ?
