Whether you choose a standard size, or give us your measurements for a custom garment, all our Cashmeres are personally tailored for you from scratch. We treat each article of clothing with individual care and dedication, and therefore the time required to make each type of garment differs. Below, you can see each careful step that goes into the creation of your cashmere garment!
 
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been received, your order information will be sent to tailors, starting the process of making your Cashmere!

Designing
After reviewing your order, our tailors will then begin the design process. Drafting and planning is the first step towards custom tailoring your Cashmere.

Materials
The Cashmere tailors will then spend time carefully picking out the materials for your Cashmere.

Tailoring
Once everything is in place, the Cashmere tailors will then begin to create your garment in accordange to your specified requests.

Knitting & Sewing
Your Cashmere is being knitted and put together by professional tailors.
  4-6 Day
Washing
After the knitting and sewing process, your Cashmere will then be professionally washed and shrunken.

Final Touches
Lastly, the tailors will add all the little finishing touches for your Cashmere.

The tailors will examine the Cashmere garment to ensure that it meets your specifications.

Measuring For Your Cashmere Top

The below is just a guide. We recommend that you get a qualified tailor to measure your size whenever possible. Always ask someone else to take the measurements for you: measuring yourself may yield inaccurate numbers and lead to a poorly fitted garment. Measure while wearing undergarments similar to those you plan to wear with your cashmere.

Women’s

Bust:
Wrap the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, hanging down at your sides. Please remember to wear a bra when taking this measurement.

Waist:
This measurement should be taken around the smallest part of your waist, also known as the natural waistline. Typically, it is an inch or so above your belly button. Keep the measuring tape firm, but not tight when measuring.

Hips:
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, across the hipbones, and is usually taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not required for full gowns.

Sleeves:
Measure from your shoulder, past your elbow, and stop at the wrist.
Men’s

Chest:
Lift your arms slightly and measure around your chest. Measure across the fullest part of the chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades.

Waist:
This measurement should be taken around the smallest part of your waist, also known as the natural waistline. Typically, it is an inch or so above your belly button. Keep the measuring tape firm, but not tight when measuring.

Hips:
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, across the hipbones, and is usually taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline.

Measure from your shoulder, past your elbow, and stop at the wrist.

Shipping Information for Tailor-Made Cashmere Sweaters

Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.

Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

It will take 15-17 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.


Order Cancellations
All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
