Il vestito era incredibile mi è piaciuto molto. Lho comprato in rubino con Expedited Shipping, è stato fatto prima della data originariamente raccontata e arrivata in tempo prima del mio evento. Lunico problema che avevo era con la lunghezza. Ho una dimensione personalizzata e non hanno aggiunto i 2 pollici aggiuntivi che è stato promesso nella descrizione. Questo mi ha lasciato un po deluso perché ho dovuto portare appartamenti al mio prom, non ho trovato i talloni abbastanza brevi per essere nascosti sotto lorlo. Inoltre non avevo abbastanza tempo per trovare un altro vestito. Vorrei raccomandare che se si sta ottenendo fatto in una misura personalizzata, sicuramente aggiungere un paio di centimetri in più al di sopra dei 2 pollici dicono solo nel caso. Ordine anche in modo che possa arrivare almeno un mese o due in anticipo quindi se cè un problema possono risolverlo o avete tempo per farlo alterare. Erano molto desiderosi di risolvere il mio problema e il servizio clienti era ottimo. Cerano poche questioni di comunicazione (non mi capivano a volte) ma non era un problema. Sono rimasto molto colpito da come lo hanno gestito. Non era altrettanto sparita come sembrava nellimmagine, ma aveva ancora un volume e il treno alla schiena doveva morire. Lho appena buttata fuori e mi ha diffuso per le foto e sembrava esattamente come limmagine. Il tessuto era una grande qualità per il prezzo! Viene fuori e piegato in un sacchetto di chiusura con zip allinterno di una scatola, quindi non freak out come ho pensato che è il colore sbagliato, che è solo la fodera. Dal momento che è in una scatola, è necessario lasciarlo appendere per un po e forse il vapore per ottenere le pieghe fuori. Tutte le cuciture erano ancora intatte e cucite a grande qualità. Anche limballaggio era molto sicuro. Ho comprato Ruby ed è stato un po più leggero di persona che non è apparso sul mio schermo ma questo è comprensibile e sembrava ancora grande. La vestibilità del vestito era incredibile. E anche imbottita e disossata in modo da non avere bisogno di un reggiseno a tutti. Non ho controllato che e ho aggiunto una stanza da pollice extra per un reggiseno pushup, ancora sembrava grande. Nel complesso ho amato il mio vestito e mi piace questo sito web. Sto 100% di acquisto da loro di nuovo.

I bought it in ruby with Expedited Shipping, it was made before the date originally told and arrived on time before my event.
The only problem I had was with the length. I got a custom size and they didnt add the extra 2 inches that was promised in the description. That left me a bit disappointed because I had to wear flats to my prom, I couldnt find heels short enough to be hidden under the hem. I also didnt have enough time to find another dress.
I would recommend that if you are getting it made in a custom fit, definitely add a few extra inches on top of the 2 inches they say just in case. Also order it so it can arrive at least a month or two in advance so if there is an issue they can either resolve it, or you have time to get it altered.
They were very eager to resolve my problem and the customer service was great. There was a few communication issues (they didnt understand me sometimes) but it was not an issue. I was very impressed with how they handled it.
It also wasnt as flared out as it looked in the picture but it still had volume to it and the train at the back was to die for. I just kicked it out and spread it around me for photos and it looked exactly like the picture.
The fabric was great quality for the price! It comes inside out and folded in a zip lock bag inside a box so dont freak out like I did thinking that its the wrong colour, thats just the lining. Since its in a box, you do need to let it hang for a while and maybe steam it to get the creases out. All the seams were still intact though and sewn to great quality. The packaging was also very secure.
I bought Ruby and it was a bit lighter in person than it appeared on my screen but thats understandable and it still looked great.
The fit of the dress was amazing. Its also padded and has boning so you dont need a bra at all. I didnt check that and added an extra inch room for a pushup bra, still looked great.
Overall I loved my dress and I love this website. Im 100% purchasing from them again.

Labito è spettacolare. Di grande qualità Molto meglio vivere che nelle fotografie. Dato che erano pronti, mi ci sono voluti 5 giorni per riceverlo da quando ho effettuato lordine. Davvero molto felice. Colore verde scuro
El vestido es espectacular. De gran calidad. Mucho mejor en directo que en las fotografías. Como ya lo tenían confeccionado tardé en recibirlo 5 días desde que hice el pedido. Muy contenta de verdad. Color verde oscuro.

Questo vestito era perfetto! Ha reso completamente le aspettative di mia figlia e io per la sua scelta di prom. così grato che sia arrivato in tempo e che sia riuscita a indossarla direttamente dalla confezione con un leggero vapore. il formato 2 si adatta alla dimensione! Volevo vederlo, ma mia figlia amava il flusso di eccessiva lunghezza. lei è 53. lunga storia breve, questo vestito era assolutamente la pena lacquisto, il tempo e lo sforzo. acquisterebbe di nuovo in un colore diverso per unaltra occasione.
This dress was perfect! It completely lived up to the expectations of my daughter and I for her prom choice. so grateful that it arrived on time and that she was able to wear it right out of the packaging with a light steaming. the Size 2 fits true to size! I wanted to hem it, but my daughter loved the flow of the excessive length. shes 53. long story short, this dress was absolutely worth the purchase, time and effort. would buy again in a different color for a different occasion.
