I am very impressed with the quality of the item. I felt it might be a risk ordering from them, but they arrived, very well packed, only a few days after I placed my order. I have not installed them yet, but so far they feel and look to be excellent quality, and cant wait to install them. Because of this purchase I have decided to buy more from this site. Excellent buy, and would reccomend to anyone.

20日以内に届きましたが、ブラジル連邦歳入庁から請求があり（何も下がっていないと思います）、ブラジルでは国際配送よりも時間がかかりました。私たちは、製品の価値+馬鹿げた送料に対して60％の税金を支払います。しかし、それでも価値があり、タップはとても美しく、仕上げは本当によくできています。ブラジルの同様の作品は、それぞれR $ 600以上の費用がかかります。
Recebemos em menos de 20 dias, mas fomos tarifados pela Receita Federal brasileira (acho que nada esta passando abatido por eles), demorou mais os tramites no Brasil do que a remessa internacional. Pagamos 60 % de impostos sob o valor dos produtos+ frete que é um absurdo.
Mas mesmo assim valeu a pena, as torneiras são muito bonitas e o acabamento realmente é bem feito. Uma peça similar no Brasil não sairia por menos de R$ 600, cada.

I was affraid because I read on some reviews that some items would come from China and those items would have an extra charge upon delivery and may not be delivered for a long time. I was pleasantly surprised! It was delivered in a timely manor, no extra charge, and the plumbing is heavy duty quality product. However, do notice that it says chrome FINISH. The faucet itself is not real chrome and feels a bit cheaper. Feels like plastic.
