The medium beige blazer is 2x larger than the small. I bought a small and it fit too tight. The beige version is sized larger than the blue version. Both the blue version, which I kept and the beige version are from the same brand, Okumen. I like the Okumen blazer a lot. I plan to re order in a size small.

very pleased with my Navy Linen jacket, large size, could probably get away with medium, Im not over 80 kilos,.Fits ok, two buttons to the jacket. breast pocket and two side pockets. sleeves rather long so might get them altered later.

Your size chart said Medium - to suit chest 42.5" I have a number of jackets size 42" which all fit - this one doesnt button up.
