The product is assembled, but my iPad 12.9 inches, in landscape position flaps down. I dont know how to get the circular knob that connects the iPad to the stand to be stable. Could someone please send me a message that tells me how to do that or point me to a video on YouTube for your product? I dont know how well the movie came out, but it wouldnt upload anyway. Susan D

The universal tripod stand is simply outstanding. Was previously using a very flimsy stand that kept falling down during calls. This universal stand is far better quality than I expected for the price. I would estimate that similar products from other companies could cost twice as much. Its like a piece of studio equipment in the quality of construction, strength, appearance, and functionality. Previously I was reluctant to make Facetime calls. Now I do them regularly. We keep it set up in our office. I bought one for our grown son who lives 2,000 miles away, and now we talk two or three times a week. I highly recommend this quality product.
