This wrap was beautifully made. I think I ordered a size too small, but my shoulders are very petite and so it was difficult to tell, because in general Im not a small person. (510"). So, when the wrap came, the top half of the sleeve and the total circumference of the arm seam where it connects to the armpit/shoulder was not large enough. Luckily, my mother is a fairly good seamstress so she was able to work with it. We had to shorten the sleeves and put in a 1/4 inch gusset...yet the circumference on the right shoulder/arm is still a tad tight, but it works.
