I need a cable to connect the DVR Camera Kit with my TV. Should I use a VGA to VGA cable for the TV or would a VGA to HDMI provide me with a better picture quality?
Also with the connection to my desktop would it be advisable to use the AIn / AOut ports on the back of the DVR kit? If not what is the best cable to use to connect the two devices?
Lastly where is the serial number of the device located on this item? I am unable to locate it on the rear of the box as indicated in the instructions booklet. Dont forget to buy additional internal SATA HDD to be able to record. I first thought it was USB disk but no, you need internal SATA disk to make it work. Video quality is better than I expected. Software easy to use and very functional.
