The pocket flaps are for design only there are NO pockets. Unlined. There are no seams down the back, S size fit my US size 14. Recommend replacing the black plastic buttons with gold crest buttons, plus adding buttons on the sleeves. Hand wash. Professional dry clean recommended recommended.
