I purchased this with custom sizing. The gown and jacket were made beautifully. The dress fit perfectly except for needing the straps altered. Jacket was too snug. I emailed customer service and I must say they were great about trying to find a solution with many options. After many emails back and forth we settled on a refund for the jacket. It would have helped to have taken a sleeve measurement on the jacket as they were also way too long.
I have to wait for my credit card company billing to see if the refund was issued.
All in all the dress was really beautiful,very well made,a bit heavy but after looking in stores it was above anything the stores had to offer with the quality and I received many compliments on it.

Am fost foarte mulțumită de această rochie. Am purtat-o ca rochie de mireasă. Am avut umerii ridicați pentru a reduce decolteul, deoarece era puțin prea jos pentru mine și mi s-a schimbat tivul pentru a scoate trenul, deoarece sunt mai în vârstă și nu doream trenul. Rochia era frumoasă la fel ca și jacheta. Se potrivea frumos și am primit multe complimente. Nimeni nu putea crede că l-am comandat online din China. Toți au vrut să știe unde! Culoarea fildeșului a fost perfectă! iar pantofii pe care i-am comandat se potriveau perfect. Am mers cu măsurători personalizate, deoarece aceasta urma să fie rochia mea de nuntă. I was very happy with this dress. I wore it as my wedding gown. I had the shoulders lifted to reduce the neckline as it was a bit too low for me and I had the hemline changed to remove the train as I am older and did not want the train. The dress was beautiful as was the jacket. It fit beautifully and I received many complements. No one could believe that I had ordered it online from China. They all wanted to know where! The ivory colour was perfect! and the shoes I ordered matched perfectly. I went with custom measurements as this was to be my wedding gown.
