This was a replacement collar. The measure of a company is how they deal with things when they go wrong; Light in the Box has been fantastic throughout. The first replacement was lost by Royal Mail and, without hesitation, another was despatched which arrived in good time with plenty of progress information. Ten out of ten for customer services! The collar is great and I can work with my dog again with complete confidence.

Режим шока на уровне 1 слишком силен для собаки. Режим вибрации и звука хороши. Время работы батареи хорошее.
The shock mode at even level 1 is too strong for the dog. Vibration and Sound mode are good. Battery life good.
