Q: Why does my hair weaves smell foul?
A: It is common for hair weaves to smell like they are chemically treated. We recommend that a thorough washing is done prior to applying them. Prior to washing, we recommend an allergy test. Brush the ends against your skin, wait 24-hours. If the area is seems irritated, please do not apply hair extension. Contact our customer service for a refund.
Q: How long does the hair weave last?
A: The human hair weave can last for a quite a long time, but it depends on how it is maintained. If poorly maintained, a weave would have to be replaced every three to six months.
Q: Why is my hair weave shedding?
A: It is recommended that after receiving hair weave, that it be washed. During this process, a little shedding will be normal. To make sure to get all the hair out, please gently brush them or comb with your fingers. If shedding is excessive, please contact our customer representative.
Q: Why is my hair weave getting tangled?
A: Tangling can be due to several factors; such as, dryness and improper maintenance. To prevent dryness, it is best to sleep on a satin pillow; to untangle our brand, it requires spay salt water and comb/pick thoroughly.
Q: Can I dyed or bleached my hair weaves?
A: Our hair weaves can be dyed or bleached. However, if you want more a more natural color, we also sell them in various colors.
Q: Could they be straightened or curled?
A: You can treat the human hair extensions as your own, just remember to treat them gently and use heat protectants before straighten or curl them.
Q: Can I return my hair weaves after using it?
A: Our return policy does not allow a refund on items that have been used. If the item has not been used, colored, cut or altered, we will gladly accept returns. To ensure a refund, all bundles must be returned tied and in the original package.
