Insgesamt qualitativ hochwertiges Produkt, gut verpackt. Aber aus mehreren Gründen enttäuscht, wird mir gesagt, dass Fotos nicht vertraglich bindend sind, wir aber von Fotos kaufen ... und das ist die einzige Referenz, die wir haben. Es wäre schön, wenn sie ein genaues Abbild der Realität wären. -Erster Unterschied: Die Deckenhalterungen sind unterschiedlich. Dabei handelt es sich nicht um zwei runde Klammern, sondern um eine einzelne rechteckige Klammer, die sich über die Länge und Breite des Zylinders erstreckt. Dadurch ist eine Nutzung im „vertikalen“ Modus nicht möglich, da keine „solitäre“ Stütze vorhanden ist. Zweiter Unterschied: Der „Schraubteil“, der die Glühbirne trägt, ist nicht wie auf dem Foto aus schwarzem Kunststoff, sondern aus weißem Kunststoff! Es ist hässlich. Ich musste diesen Teil neu streichen, um ihn zu verbergen. -Dritter Unterschied: Die Glühbirne hat die richtige Größe und LED, aber die auf dem Foto gezeigte scheint eine Glühlampe zu sein, die ästhetisch viel ansprechender ist. -Andere Enttäuschungen: Die Montageanleitung ist sehr einfach und entspricht nicht der rechteckigen Halterung, sondern einer runden. Elektrische Anschlüsse (Dominosteine) sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten. Ich würde zukünftigen Käufern empfehlen, eine Versicherung zur Deckung der Zollgebühren abzuschließen. Ich habe 3 Exemplare dieser Lampe bestellt und über 60 € an Gebühren bezahlt! Mir war nicht klar, dass das Produkt aus China stammt. Am Ende war ich enttäuscht, denn es hat mich über 200 € gekostet, für ein nicht gerade hervorragendes Ergebnis. Aber die gute Nachricht ist, dass ich eine Rückerstattung der Mehrwertsteuer auf Gebühren (44 €) erhalten habe. ;-)

But disappointed for several reasons
Im going to be told that photos are not contractual, but we buy from photos... and this is the only reference we have. It would be nice if they were an exact reflection of reality.
-First difference: the ceiling mounts are different. These are not two round brackets, but a single rectangular one, which runs the length and width of the cylinder.
This makes it impossible to use it in "vertical" mode, as there is no "solitary" support.
Second difference: the "screw-in" part, which supports the bulb, is not in black plastic as in the photo, but in white plastic! Its ugly. I had to repaint this part to hide it.
-Third difference: The bulb is the right size and LED, but the one shown in the photo seems to be a filament, much more aesthetically pleasing.
-Other disappointments: The assembly instructions are very basic, and dont correspond to the rectangular bracket, but to a round one. Electrical connections (dominos) are not supplied.
Id advise future buyers to take out insurance to cover customs charges. I ordered 3 copies of this lamp, and paid over €60 in charges! I didnt realize that the product came from China.
In the end, I was disappointed, because it cost me over 200€ for a less-than-stellar result. But good news, Ive received a VAT refund on charges (44€). ;-)
