I ordered two dresses for a special occasion (which has already passed), and my experience with this store was very disappointing. Both dresses arrived with incorrect sizing, even though I followed the stores size guide. I had to pay out of my pocket to alter one of them, and other is now useless since the event is over. I tried to use their return policy - which clearly states that if an doesnt work, a full refund will be issued - but they refused, claiming the item was custom-made. Thats absolutely not true. I selected standard sizes, not made-to-msasufe items. They Do Not honor theiyown return policy, which is crucial part of any only shopping experience, especially for clothing. I do not recommend buying from this store. If something goes wrong, dont expect fair treatment or a professional response.
