Box arrived slightly damaged but packing protected everything inside!
Software is a bit tricky to get to install on my Win7 64 bit unit, but after downloading the
most current version, all works well. Box arrived slightly damaged but packing protected everything inside!

Was weird to setup finally got it going. Its a nice little laser engraver for the price I paid. It works on Windows 10 with the latest updates installed. The only issue I had was it stopped burning mid burn one time. I had the PC USB Cable plugged a USB hub that went bad. I have it hooked directly a PC USB port and has worked fine. Would buy another if need be its good.

The delivery time was a little longer than I expected but the package arrived in good condition and the machine is as was described on the site.
Will be an improvement if you will provide a more detailed user manual with the settings user may choose to obtain a better quality of "print" e.g. how to set the area of printing related with the final dimension of the object you want to obtain.

Item arrived 26 days after ordering. Not bad considering the distance and Christmas. No additional fees and contents were securely packaged. Havent tried out the engraver yet, but it all looks in good order.
