Comment annuler ma commande ?
Merci de consulter le tableau ci-dessous comme référence pour notre politique d'annulation :

*Lorsque vous recevez un e-mail intitulé "Confirmation de Paiement de la Commande n°_______ sur LightInTheBox.com", cela signifie que votre paiement a été confirmé.
Pour annuler votre commande (Etat de la Commande : Non Validée ou En Attente)
1. Connectez-vous à "Mon Compte" et cliquez sur "Mes Commandes".

2. Cliquez sur le numéro de la commande que vous souhaitez annuler.

3. Cliquez sur "Annuler cette commande" et confirmez que vous souhaitez bien effectuer l'annulation de cette commande.

Pour annuler votre commande (Etat de la Commande : En Cours de Traitement)
1. Connectez-vous à "Mon Compte" et cliquez sur "Mes Commandes".

2. Cliquez sur le numéro de la commande que vous souhaitez annuler.

3. Cliquez sur "annuler cette commande" en bas de la page Détails de Commande pour continuer l'annulation.
Note : seules les commandes non envoyées peuvent être annulées. Une fois votre commande envoyée, ce lien ne sera plus disponible.
