Comment effectuer un retrait ?
Les Crédits de Fidélité ne peuvent pas être retirés.
Les Avoirs peuvent uniquement être retirés sur le compte que vous aviez utilisé pour effectuer votre paiement originel. Pour effectuer un retrait d'Avoir, cliquez sur le bouton "Retrait" sur la page Solde de Crédits de Fidélité & Avoirs (bouton "withdraw" en anglais et encadré en rouge sur la photo ci-dessous).
Votre retrait sera indiqué sur votre relevé de compte une fois celui-ci traité et effectué avec succès. Si vous avez utilisé plus d'une carte pour payer, vous recevrez la somme totale divisée sur chacun des comptes correspondants. Pour toute question concernant le délai de traitement bancaire de ce virement international, merci de vous adresser directement à votre organisme bancaire.
