- Q:What is waterproof level?
- A:Waterproof level form IPX-0 to IPX-9K, which have different function:

IPX-0: Not protected
IPX-1: Dripping water (vertically falling drops) shall have no harmful effect.
IPX-2: Vertically dripping water shall have no harmful effect when the enclosure is tilted at an angle up to 15° from its normal position.
IPX-3: Water falling as a spray at any angle up to 60° from the vertical shall have no harmful effect.
IPX-4: Water splashing against the enclosure from any direction shall have no harmful effect.
IPX-5: Water projected by a nozzle (6.3 mm) against enclosure from any direction shall have no harmful effects.
IPX-6: Water projected in powerful jets (12.5 mm nozzle) against the enclosure from any direction shall have no harmful effects.
IPX-6K: Water projected in powerful jets (6.3 mm nozzle) against the enclosure from any direction, under elevated pressure, shall have no harmful effects.
IPX-7: Ingress of water in harmful quantity shall not be possible when the enclosure is immersed in water under defined conditions of pressure and time (up to 1 m of submersion).
IPX-8: The equipment is suitable for continuous immersion in water under conditions which shall be specified by the manufacturer. However, with certain types of equipment, it can mean that water can enter but only in such a manner that it produces no harmful effects.
IPX-9K: Protected against close-range high pressure, high temperature spray downs.
- Q:How do I solve the matter if my Tank007® flashlight is not work well, such as: burning out, flashing, etc.
- A:These problems might be caused by these reasons:

A)You are not tightening the interconnection of flashlight body.
B)PCB or Screw might be dusty.
C)The components in the flash tail are dirty or the lock is looseness.
D)The battery is low.
- So, please wipe the screw, PCB, tail with alcohol, replace the battery and tighten the head, body, tail of flashlight.
- Q:The flashlight was very hot when I use the highlighted mode just a moment, does it normal?
- A:Yes, don’t worry, this is normal. The highlighted mode is driven by high power energy, so the LED will produce heat and you will feel more heaters.
- Q:Why I bought a same model tank007® LED flashlight, but the color of light not full same?
- A:It is normal. The special manufacturing process cause every color of LED light is unique.
