      I would LOVE to purchase quite a few items on your site especially this EURO. VINTAGE LEATHER JACKET, but you don't have sizes to fit BIG Americans. I am 5'10" and have a 52" chest. Everything seems to be for "SLIM" bodies. In my observation VERY FEW American men are "slim". BOYS UNDER 12 yrs old are still "slim"
      Your site has some VERY serious flaws. It is next to IMPOSSIBLE to contact CUSTOMER
      SERVICE. I have searched for almost a half an hour trying to get to CUSTOMER SERVICE.
      Speaking honestly, in recent weeks there have been a DOZEN items I wanted to buy but could not verify the sizes. A xxxx is NOT a 31" chest!
      I am so frustrated I wanted to UNSUBSCRIBE, but I couldn't find that either!
      And I have news for you. Sending emails EVERY DAY is NOT going to create more business, it's going to piss off a LOT of potential customers! Maybe that's why you make it impossible to unsubscribe?
