Ive received the diag box very fast and install it easely.
I ve got a CLK 270 cDi from 2004, so not all the fonction work witch is normal. But I managed to run an injection test and that is worth the deal. So I highly recomend to buy this stuff if you want to DIY with your Mercedes. Ive received the diag box very fast and install it easely.

I ordered the carsoft 7.4 diagnostic tool after aircon and ABC faults appeared on my SL500 Merc, took a while to get the software going as i was running a 64 bit version of Windows 7 which wouldnt work :( ! but Lucky i had an old laptop laying around with XP and dust on it !!! worked a treat cleared all my errors and some other ones i found whilst running the complete diagnostics option !! awsome powerful piece of kit and saved me a fortune at Mercedes ! Thanks again guys !

I bought a Carsoft 7.4 diagnostic tool, but it unfortunately did not work. I sent it back and received a new that worked perfect, good service. My car had 24 errors but all errors were removed by diagnostic tool without any problems. The car runs perfectly again.

excellent wiring product, used on mercedes c270 cdi, no easy problem installing the supplied software, who does not have rs232 port on the pc, must buy an rs232 serial port on the internet if they find it at any price, do not use a usb cable to 232 why the PC does not read the data and it does not seem to work, the program and in English but easy to use, the rest and ok, great product to use
ottimo prodotto di cablaggio , usato su mercedes c270 cdi ,non da nessun problema facile linstallazione del software in dotazione , chi non ha porta rs232 nel pc , deve comprarsi una porta seriale rs232 in internet se ne trovano di qualsiasi prezzo , non utilizzare un cavo usbto 232 perche il pc non legge i dati e sembra non funzionare , il programma e in inglese ma di facile uso, tuto il resto e ok , ottimo prodotto da usare
