I like that the case of the watch is a very reasonable size. I dont like the smart watches that look like you are carrying a small book on your wrist. The band is a flexible rubber so it has some stretch to it, which allows you to get the right snugness. This is important for the heart rate feature. Setting up the watch and pairing it with my phone was a breeze. You do need to download an app onto your phone, but it is a free app and seems to work fairly well. You can choose to receive text messages or phone calls on the watch. The case is big enough for me to read and my eyes are getting old. You can also the type of sport that you are going to participate in for the watch and app to track. Some very handy features.
