I could not have been happier with my purchase of this dress!
Everything went smoothly from the easy instructions to measure myself to the constant updates on my purchase; the best part of all was that it arrived on my door step the day it had been estimated to be shipped from China! (Im in QLD, Australia)
I was surprised by the high quality of the workmanship, and how well it was packed. While there were one or two scraggly ends on the tulle (nothing that couldnt be fixed with a pair of scissors, and of course this is to be expected with such a bargain buy), everything else about the dress was perfect. I didnt get it custom sized, but it fit me like a glove nonetheless.
I definitely wouldnt hesitate to buy from Light In The Box again! I just wish I hadnt already purchased my bridesmaids dresses elsewhere... :)

The dress was everything I imagined. The details of the dress were exactly like the picture. I ordered the dress in my normal size and it perfectly. The dress took approximately 3 ½ weeks to arrive after I purchased it. The customer service team at Light in the Box was very helpful and worked really hard to have my dress arrive early for my formal event.

I received this dress 10 days after placing the order, three days before the estimated shipping date. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the quick delivery. Like everyone else has mentioned, it’s a little scary to order clothing over the internet. I like to try on clothes first. However, I loved this dress so much that I decided to take the chance. I’ve been looking for this style, tea length, ballgown, for a long time. It is beautiful with top notch workmanship. I ordered red. I didn’t want black and was afraid pink would be too teenagerish. The polka dots have a velvety texture. I followed the directions on the how to measure video and ordered according to the size chart. The dress fits perfectly and has a very retro feel. However, I am 5’9” and think this dress would overwhelm someone who is petite.

This dress is amazing!!! Im usually size 6 in dresses, but after reading reviews I ended up buying size 8 and it fits like a glove! I purchased this dress for my company’s Christmas party and I LOVE it! I went with the full vintage look and all eyes were on me. The fit is right on as long as you follow the size chart by your measurements to guarantee a good fit. They quality of the dress was great. You will need to have it pressed or steamed (it gets a little wrinkle because of shipment but it worth it) give this buy to thumb up!

Absolutely stunning colours (I ordered ruby and blushing pink, I already own it in black), fantastically made using fine quality materials. True to pictures.
Only "dislike" is its a little too long for me, but thats my genetics, not the dress quality!

Fits like a glove and will have you receiving thousands of compliments!
