My Orders is LightInTheBox.com’s convenient process for communicating with you about each order placed with us.
Once you’re logged in, the Order Details page is your platform for contacting Customer Service via the help links found throughout the page. Read on to learn how:
Sign in to My Orders and find the order number you need to contact us about.
Open the Order Details page by clicking on either the Order Number or View Details (both circled in red).
Find the help link related to your problem or question:
If you decide you want to send your item to a different address or you entered it incorrectly, you can use this help link to request a change of shipping address up until the order ships.
If you’ve paid for an item but haven’t received confirmation, or have any other issue with a payment, use this help link to contact Customer Service.
If you have concerns regarding customs duties or other related issues, this help link will appear after you’ve paid for your item but before it has shipped.
In case you need to return an item for any reason, a help link allowing you to request a return will appear once your order has shipped.
This help link will appear once your order has shipped. If you receive an order with missing, incorrect, lost, or damaged items, you can use it to contact Customer Service and we’ll be happy to assist you.
If, for some reason, there is a delay in shipping your package and it isn’t sent out by the estimated shipping date, this help link will allow you to contact us and find out more about the status of your order and when it will ship.
This help link will appear if there is a delay in receiving your package. It will allow you to contact Customer Service and ask for any updates on where your package is and when you can expect to receive it.
If you must cancel an order for any reason, use the help link that appears at the bottom of the Order Details page any time before your order ships.
