Har du tegnet en told- og skatteforsikring, da du afgav din bestilling, og er du blevet pålagt told- og/eller skattegebyrer, så refunderer vi gladeligt gebyret 100 %. Oplys os venligst om, hvor meget du er pålagt at skulle betale i gebyr, ved at indsende en "spørg-om-toldgebyrer"-billet vedhæftet en kopi af fakturaen, og vi vil refundere beløbet, du er blevet afkrævet.
Vi gør dog opmærksom på, at vi IKKE refunderer told- og skattegebyrer, såfremt du ikke har tegnet og betalt for en Told- og afgiftsforsikring.
